Eligibility Conditions

For Deputy Manager (Marketing) / Assistant Manager (Marketing)

B Sc Degree in Agriculture with minimum 60% marks in aggregate from a recognized University / Institute
Candidates, who have MBA Degree or PGDBM (Marketing / Agri. Marketing) or PhD Degree in Plant Breeding & Genetics, will be preferred.
Minimum 20 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field, for the position of Grade ‘G1’ in the pay scale of Rs.30500-54500
Or
Minimum 24 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field, for the position of Grade ‘G’ in the pay scale of Rs.32900-58000
Candidates should be below the age of 40 years (Grade G1) or 45 years (Grade G).

For Marketing Management Trainees

B Sc Degree in Agriculture with minimum 65% marks in aggregate from a recognized University / Institute
MBA (Full time) or PGDBM (Marketing / Agri. Marketing) or PGDBM from a recognized Institute
Candidates should be below the age of 27 years.

For Marketing Trainee

B Sc Degree Agriculture (4 years degree course) from a reputed Agricultural Universities / Government Agricultural Colleges)
Minimum 2 years of post qualification experience with reputed companies for marketing in the field of Chemical Fertilizers / Hybrid Seeds / Pesticides / Bio-fertilizers etc.
Candidates should be below the age of 25 years.

For Seed Process Plant Operator (Trainee)

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or ITI Certificate in Mechanical Trade from a recognized Institute
Candidates should be below the age of 23 years.

For Material Management Trainee

BE Degree with minimum 65% marks in aggregate from a recognized University / Institute
MBA Degree in Material Management or 2 years full time Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (Material Management) from a recognized Institute
Candidates should be below the age of 27 years.
