Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the following posts:

Eligibility Conditions

For Senior Personal Assistant

Bachelor degree from a recognised university. ii). At least three years post qualification experience working as Private Secretary/ Personal Assistant/ Stenographer/ Executive Assistant/ Executive Secretary in a Government Department/ Universities/ Autonomous Bodies/ PSUs/ Educational Institution recognised by the Government.

For Sr. Assistant

Graduate with minimum 50% marks or Postgraduate diploma with minimum 50% marks from a recognised university in any discipline with working knowledge of computers, and Diploma/ Certificate of minimum 6 months duration in Computer Application/ Office Management/ Secretarial Practice/ Financial Management/ Accounts or equivalent discipline. Or Graduate degree with minimum 50% marks in Computer Application/ Office Management/ Secretarial Practice/ Financial Management/ Accounts or equivalent discipline from a recognised university.
Minimum 4 years of Administrative experience.

For Professional Assistant (Lib)

M.Lib.Sc./ M.L.I.Sc. or equivalent with 50% marks; Or Masters degree in Arts/ Science/ Commerce or any other discipline with 50% marks and B.Lib.Sc/ B.L.I.Sc. with 50% marks. ii). Computer Science paper at Graduate/ PG level or Six months Computer Science course from a recognised institution.

For Sr. Technical Assistant (Computer)

MCA or M.Sc. (Computer Science/ IT) from a recognised university/ institute with one year experience or B.Tech. / BE (Computer Science/ Information Technology/ ECE) or equivalent degree with one year experience in relevant area.

For Semi-Professional Assistant (Lib.)

Graduate in Arts/ Science/ Commerce or any other discipline or any other higher qualification with 50% marks; ii). B.Lib.Sc/ B.L.I.Sc. with 50% marks. iii). Course in Computer Application at Graduate/ PG level or Six months Computer Science course from a recognised institution.

For Library Assistant

Passed Sr. Secondary or equivalent examination conducted by State Board of Education/ University/ Govt. recognised institution. ii). Certificate in Library Science/ Library and Information Science from a recognised institution. iii). Computer Course at Sr. Secondary level or Basic course in Computer Science/ Word Processing from a recognised institution.

For Jr. Assistant-Cum-Typist. (1-Caretaker)

Senior Secondary School Certificate (+2) or its equivalent qualification from a recognised board/ university/ institution with at least 50% marks or a Graduate from a recognised university and Diploma/ Certificate of minimum 6 months duration in Computer Application/ Office Management/ Secretarial Practice/ Financial Management/ Accounts or equivalent discipline. Or Graduate degree in Computer Application/ Office Management/ Secretarial Practice/ Financial Management/ Accounts or equivalent discipline from a recognised university. ii). Having a typing speed of 40 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi Typewriting through Computer.

For MTS – Driver

Passed Matriculation (10th) from a recognised board/ university/ institution. ii). Procession of a valid driving license of the motor vehicle. Knowledge of motor mechanism (The candidate should be able to remove minor defects in vehicle). iii). Experience of driving a motor vehicle for at least three years.

For MTS - Media Journals, MTS – Psy. Lab. Attendant

Should have passed Matriculation (10th) or an equivalent examination with science subjects from recognised board.

For MTS – Library Attendant

Passed 10th or equivalent examination from any State Education Board or Govt. recognised institution.
Certificate in Library Science/ Library and Information Science from a recognised institution.

Application Fee

Bank draft of Rs.250 (Rs.100 for candidate belonging to reserved categories) in favour of “Principal, Lady Shri Ram College for Women” payable at New Delhi, should be attached with the prescribed application form.
