Applications are invited from well-qualified and experienced professionals for the following posts:

  • Accounts Officer
  • Assistant Administrative Officer 

Note

  • Candidate’s appointment will be done on deputation / contractual basis. Selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of personal interview. Candidates short-listed in the initial screening on the basis of academics and work experience will be called for the interview.

Eligibility Conditions

For Accounts Officer

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce / Arts/ Science from a recognized University / Institute

  • Should hold analogous post on regular basis
               Or
    Minimum 5 years of regular service in the pre-revised pay scale of Rs.6500-10500 (Rs.9,300-34,800+GP Rs.4600) or with 8 years of regular service in the pre-revised pay scale of Rs.5500-9000 (Revised Pay band of Rs.9,300-34,800+GP Rs.4200)

  • Should have passed in the Subordinate Accounts Service / JAO orits equivalent examination conducted by any of the Accounts Department of theCentral / State Government

  • Sound work experience in the Accounts Finance & Budgetary Matters, and other related fields / Organized Accounts Cadres / Assam Financial Grade Services is desirable.

For Assistant Administrative Officer

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Arts / Science / Commerce from a recognized University / Institute

  • Should hold analogous post on regular basis
                   Or
    Minimum 3 years of regular service in the post, in the pre-revised scale of Rs.5500-9000 (Revised Pay band of Rs.9,300-34,800+GP of Rs.4200) or minimum 8 years of regular service in the post, in the pre-revised scale of Rs.5000-8000 (Revised Pay band Rs.9,300-34,800 + GP Rs.4200) in Central / State Government / Central Autonomous Body / PSUs

  • Should have 2 years of experience in Administration / Establishment / Procurement related works
