All the eligible candidates are invited for the post of Principal in Food Craft Institute (FCI), Jabalpur. The recruitment is to be done on contract / deputation basis initially for five years, which may be extended depending upon the performance of the employee.

Eligibility Conditions

Essential / Education Qualification:

• Should have completed graduation from a recognized University
• Should have obtained three-year diploma in Hotel Management from an Institute affiliated to National Council for Hotel Management & Caterign Technology / State Board of Technical Education / Recognized University
• Should have secured at least 55% marks, or
• Should have obtained a degree in Hotel Management from any recognized University with at least 55% marks.

Desirable Qualification:

• Should have obtained Teachers Training Diploma; Knowledge of one of more foreign languages; Experience in Administration and Financial Management; Computer Literacy

Experience Required:

• Should have at least 7 years experience in a recognized Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology in a senior position (not less than lecturer), or
• Should have minimum 7 years Hotel industry experience as a Head of Department or Manager of at least 3 Star category approved hotel.

Note

• Hotel Operations related subjects are: Food Production, Food and Beverage Service, Accommodation Operations / House Keeping and Front Office.
• Relaxable up to upper age limit by a period not exceeding 5 years for SCs and STs, departmental candidates and other categories as specified by the Govt. of India from time to time.
