Eligibility Conditions
For General Manager (Marketing) / Chief Manager (Marketing) / Officer (Marketing)
- BE / B Tech Degree and MBA Degree / PGDBM with specialization in the relevant field from a recognized Institute / University
For General Manager (Marketing)
- Minimum 20 years of working experience, out of which minimum 3 years of experience should be on a Sr. Management position
For Chief Manager (Marketing)
- Minimum 13 - 16 years of working experience in the field
For Officer (Marketing)
- Minimum 1 - 4 years of working experience in the field
For Manager (Construction) / Officer (Construction-Site Supervision) / Officer (Fire & Safety)
- BE / B Tech Degree in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering or BE / B Tech Degree in Fire & Safety from a recognized Institute / University
For Manager
- Minimum 9 - 11 years of working experience in the relevant field
- Officer (Construction-Site Supervision): Minimum 1 - 8 years of working experience in the field
For Officer (Fire & Safety)
- Minimum 1 - 4 years of working experience in the field
For Officer (Finance & Accounts)
- B Com Degree with MBA Degree in Finance or ICWA / CA Degree from a recognized Institute / University
- Minimum 1 - 4 years of working experience in the field
For Asst. Manager (Industrial Relation & Admin.) / Officer (Human Resource Services)
- MPM / MSW Degree orMBA (HR) / MPM / MSW Degree from a recognized Institute / University

- Minimum 4 - 6 years of working experience in the field

- BE Degree with MBA Degree in Finance from a reputed Institute i.e., IIM, SIMBI etc. Or
- BE (Computers) / MCA Degree or B level of DOEACC or its equivalent qualification from a recognized Institute & SAP Implementation
