Applications are Invited from All the Eligible and Talented Indian citizens for Recruitment for the following positions:

• Officer Junior Management Grade (JMG) Scale I
• Office Assistant (Multipurpose)

Selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of candidate’s performance in the written examination and personal interview.

The Written Test will be held on 18^th Dec, 2011, for the post of Office Assistant (Multipurpose) and on 8^th Jan, 2012 for the post of Officer JMG Scale I. The written test will be held at Imphal. Examination centre and address will be mentioned in the candidates’ call letter.

Note: Candidates can register online by visiting the official website of Manipur Rural Bank: http://app8.ibps.in/manipurbank/. The online registration commences from 12^th Sep, 2011 and will close on 11^th Oct, 2011.

Eligibility Conditions:

• Officer Junior Management Grade (JMG) Scale I
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture / Horticulture / Forestry / Animal Husbandry / Veterinary Science / Agricultural Engineering / Pisciculture / Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation / Information Technology / Management / Law / Economics / Accountancy or its equivalent qualification from a recognized University / Institute
  • Good command over Local language
  • Good knowledge of Computer Application
• Office Assistant (Multipurpose)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline or its equivalent qualification from a recognized University / Institute
  • Good command over Local language
  • Good knowledge of Computer Application

Required Age

• Candidates should be above the age of 18 years and below the age of 28 years Age relaxation for the SC / ST / OBC / PWD as per Government norms)

• Officer JMG Scale I: Rs 400 (General / Others) & Rs 50 (SC / ST / PH / EXS)
• Office Assistant (Multipurpose): Rs 250 (General / Others) & Rs 50 (SC / ST / PH / EXS)

How To Apply:

• Candidates, who fill the eligibility criteria and willing to apply, can fill online application form by visiting the official link of Manipur Rural Bank: http://app8.ibps.in/manipurbank/.
• Before filling the application form candidates are required to pay-in the application fee of Rs 400 / Rs 250 / Rs 50 through Challan, which can be downloaded from the official link of United Bank of India: http://www.unitedbankofindia.com/English/Recruitment.aspx.
• Candidates can pay the application fee in any branch of United Bank of India in Manipur through Challan
• Candidates can pay the application fee amount from 12^th Sept, 2011 till 11^th Oct, 2011.
• After paying the application fee through Challan, the bank will generate a Branch Transaction ID, Branch Name, Branch Code Number and a Date of Deposit, which candidates are required to fill in the online application form for completing their form.
• Candidates should keep the candidate’s Challan copy with them as prove, as it shouldbe submitted at the time of written examination, along with the passport size photograph
• After successful submitting of application form, the system will generate a Registration Number and Password, which candidates should keep it with them, as a future reference.
• After submitting the application form candidates should take 2 printouts of the filled application form as it will be used in the further process.
• One copy of system generated application form along with the affix passport size photograph will be submitted at the time of interview by the candidates
• Candidates canprint their online application form October 26, 2011
• Candidates can download their call letter from the official link: http://app8.ibps.in/manipurbank/, from November 15, 2011 for the post of Office Assistant and from December 14, 2011 for the post of Officer JMG Scale I
