Madras Fertilizers Ltd (MFL), Chennai, has invited applications from skilled applicants for posts of General Managers and Probationary Engineers for following positions:
- General Manager- Plant (E8)
- General Manager- Personnel & Administration (E8)
- General Manager- Marketing & Distribution (E8)
- Probationary Engineer – Chemical
- Probationary Engineer- Mechanical
- Probationary Engineer- Electrical
- Probationary Engineer- Instrumentation
- Probationary Engineer-Civil
Note: Selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of candidate’s performance in the written test / personal interview to be conducted at Chennai. The date and venue of written test/interview will be informed to eligible candidates separately.
Eligibility Conditions
For General Manager- Plant (E8)
- Candidates should have done BE/B Tech in Chemical / Mechanical
- Experience needed for the posts of General Managers - 30 years of experience or 23 Years of Post Qualification Experience in the relevant field at Supervisory Level or 2 years experience in E-7 scale of pay.
For General Manager- Personnel & Administration (E8)
- Candidate should possess MBA in HRM from a reputed institution; however, a Degree in Law will be an additional advantage.
- Experience needed for the posts of General Managers- 30 years of experience or 23 Years of Post Qualification Experience in the relevant field at Supervisory Level or 2 years experience in E-7 scale of pay
For General Manager- Marketing & Distribution (E8)
- Candidate should have done B Sc (Agri.), however, MBA (Mktg.) will be an additional advantage.
- Experience needed for the posts of General Managers- 30 years of experience or 23 Years of Post Qualification Experience in the relevant field at Supervisory Level or 2 years experience in E-7 scale of pay
For Probationary Engineer – Chemical
- Candidates should have Engineering Degree in Chemical Technology / Chemical Engineering / Petrochemical Technology / Petrochemical Engineering from a recognized University
For Probationary Engineer- Mechanical
- Candidates should have Engineering Degree in Mechanical from a recognized University
For Probationary Engineer- Electrical
- Candidates should have Engineering Degree in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics from a recognized University
For Probationary Engineer- Instrumentation
- Candidates should have Engineering Degree in Instrumentation / Electronics & Communication from a recognized University
For Probationary Engineer-Civil
- Candidates should have Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University
Required Age
- For General Managers- Preferable age would be 48 years
- For Probationary Engineers - The age should not exceed 28 years
