• Mate (Refrigerator Mechanic)
• Mate (Carpenter)
• Mate (Mason)
• Mate (Fitter General Mechanic)
• Mate (Pipe Fitter/ Plumber)
• Mate (Upholster)
• Mate (Painter)
• Mate Others (Cane man, Hammer man, Black Smith, Welder and Lift Operator)

Note

• Selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of written test, followed by practical and personal interview.
•  The written test is scheduled to be held in the last week of March 2012. The examination schedule will be mentioned in the candidate’s call letter.

Eligibility Conditions

For  Supervisor Barrack / Stores

• Bachelor’s Degree in Arts or Science from a recognized University with Diploma in Material Management Or
• Three year of Diploma in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering from a recognized Institute / University

For  Store Keeper Grade II / Peon

• Matriculation or its equivalent qualification froma recognized University / Board
• Civilian Motor Driver (Ordinary Grade)
• Matriculation or its equivalent qualification froma recognized University / Board
• Should have valid Civil Driving License for all types of vehicle from State Government

For  Chowkidar / Safaiwala

• Matriculation or its equivalent qualification froma recognized University / Board

For  Mate (Vehicle Mechanic / Electrician / Refrigerator Mechanic / Carpenter / Mason / Fitter General Mechanic / Pipe Fitter / Plumber / Upholster / Painter / Cane Man / Hammer Man / Black Smith / Welder and Lift Operator)

• ITI qualification in the relevant trade from a recognized Institute / University or its equivalent qualification

Required Age

    Candidates should be above the age of 18 years and below the age of 27 years (Age relaxation for SC / ST / OBC / EXS candidates as per government norms).

How to Apply

• Willing candidates can download the application form and admit card from the official link of MES: http://mes.gov.in/imgrti/Advt%20for%20rect%20DAVP.pdf
• Application form and admit cards, duly complete in all respect, along with self-attested photocopies of all certificates and two self-addressed envelopes (28 cm x 12 cm) with postage stamp of Rs 27 affixed on each envelope, should be submitted to the Recruiting Authority of the various addresses mentioned in the official link: http://mes.gov.in/imgrti/Advt%20for%20rect%20DAVP.pdf, before January 20, 2012.
• Candidates belonging to far-flung areas can send their application form with the required documents before January 25, 2012.
• Candidates should mention “Application for the Post of_________ & Category (UR/SC/ST/OBC/PH/Sportsmen/Ex-Servicemen)” in block letters on the envelope in which the form would be sent.
