Appointment of the candidates is to be done on deputation basis for a period of one year, which can be extended further till a period of five years, as per candidate performance.

Selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of academic qualification, work experience and personal interview. Only deserving candidates will be called for the interview.

Eligibility Conditions

For Financial Advisor

Should be an Officer from any of the Central Government Organized Accounts Services
Or
Should be an Officer in the Finance or Accounts Departments of Central Statutory / Autonomous Bodies / Public Sector and hold analogous posts or post in the Pay Band-3, Rs.15600-39100 with Grade pay of Rs.7600 with 5 years of regular service in the Grade
Or
Should be working in the Pay Band-3, Rs.15600-39100 with Grade pay of Rs.6600 with minimum 10 years of regular service in the Grade

For Deputy Director (Administration)

Should be an Officer of the Central Government Group ‘A’ Service
Or
Should be an Officer of Central Statutory / Autonomous Bodies / Public Sector and hold analogous post or post in the Pay Band-3, Rs.15600-39100 with Grade pay of Rs.7600 with minimum 5 years regular service in the Grade
Or
Should be working in the Pay Band-3, Rs.15600-39100 with Grade pay of Rs.6600 with minimum 10 years of regular service in the Grade
