Applications are invited from qualified, talented, and proficient candidates for the posts of Management Trainee (HR). 

Note

• Candidate's appointment is to be done for MOIL Mines located at State of Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra. Selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of interview. Candidates short-listed in the initial screening on the basis of academics and work experience will be called for the interview.

Eligibility Conditions

• Master’s Degree in Social Work with specialization in Labour Welfare / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations from a recognized University / Institute
                         Or
  Postgraduate Degree / Diploma in IR&PM / MLS from a recognized University / Institute
                        Or
  MBA Degree with specialization in Personnel Management / HR / HRD from a recognized University / Institute
  
  
• Bachelor’s Degree in Law will be preferred.
  
  
• Candidates should be below the age of 30 years. 

Application Fee: Rs.100 (Exempted for SC / ST candidates)
