Applications are invited from experienced and skillful candidates for various posts for the following posts:
- HR Manager (Class II Post)
- Law Officer (Class II Post)
- Programmer (Class II Post)
- Junior Engineer (Class III Post)
- Office Assistant (Class III Post)
Note
- Appointment of the candidates is to be done on contract basis, for a period of three years, which can be extended further for another period of three years. Selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of Written Test, Skill Test (if required) and Interview. The tests will be conducted at Jabalpur centre.
- Candidate’s short-listed in on the basis of written test will be called for the interview. The test schedule and centre address will be mentioned in the candidate’ call letter. Eligibility Conditions
For HR Manager (Class II Post)
- MBA Degree (HR) with minimum 65% marks in aggregate from a recognizedUniversity
- Minimum 2 years of postqualification worksexperience in the relevant field
For Law Officer (Class II Post)
- LL M Degree with minimum 65% marks in aggregate or 5 years ofIntegrated Courseof Law (LLB) with minimum 65% marks in aggregate from a recognized University / Institute
- Minimum 3 yearsof work experience in legalprofession as a LawOfficer in a Company oras a practicing Lawyer.
For Programmer (Class II Post)
- BE Degree in ComputerScience / IT with minimum 65% marks in aggregate from a recognizedUniversity
Or
MCA Degree with minimum 3 yearsof work experiencein the relevant field
For Junior Engineer (Class III Post)
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering with minimum 65% marks in aggregate from a recognizedUniversity
For Office Assistant (Class III Post)
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with minimum 65% marks in aggregate or BBA Degree with minimum 65% marks in aggregate from a recognizedUniversity, with Course in Shorthand or Typing, and good knowledge of Computer Application i.e., MS Office
Or
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with minimum 65% marks in aggregate or BBA Degree with minimum 65% marks in aggregate or PGDCA / other specialized and recognized course in Computers.
Required Age
- 30 years: HR Manager / Programmer / Junior Engineer / Office Assistant
- 45 years: Law Officer
- Age relaxation for SC / ST / OBC / HC / Ex Serviceman / Widow / Divorcee Woman candidates provided as per organization norms

- Rs.1000: General / OBC candidates
- Rs.250: SC / ST / PH candidates
