Recruitment for the posts of Junior Manager (F&A) is to be done under special recruitment drive for SC / ST / OBC candidates.
Selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of written test, group task/discussion and interview for the post of Management Trainee, and on the basis of written test and interview for the Junior Manager (F&A).
The schedule of test and interview will be informed personally to all short-listed candidates.

Eligibility Conditions

For Management Trainees
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science / Commerce / Arts / Law / Engineering / Information Technology / Management with minimum 60% marks in aggregate from a recognized University / Institute
- MBA Degree / PGD Degree in Marketing / International Trade / Materials / HR / Logistics with minimum 60% marks in aggregate from a recognized University / Institute
- Candidates should be below the age of 28 years (age relaxation of 10 years for PWD candidates)
For Junior Manager (F&A)
- CA or ICWA or MBA (Finance) from recognized Institution / University
- Knowledge of Company Law, Taxation and Computer Application is desirable.
- Minimum 2 years’ post qualification experience in Finance & Accounts
- Candidates should be below the age of 33 years under OBC category or 35 years under SC / ST category.

Application Fee: Rs 300/- (Exempted for SC / ST / PWD candidates)
