Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the posts of Manager in Corporate Communications Department.

• The recruitment is to be done on contractual basis for a period of three years. Appointment of candidates is to be done at NABARD Head Office, Mumbai. After completion of the contract period basis, on the performance evaluation, candidates will be considered for absorption in the Bank Miscellaneous Service.
  
  
• Selection of the candidates will be made according to the performance in personal interview. Candidates short listed on the basis academic qualification and work experience will be called for the interview. Final decision will be made by the selection committee.

Eligibility Conditions

• Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism / Advertising / Public Relations with minimum 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized University / Institute
  
  
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in Public Relations
  
  
• Candidates, who have worked as a journalist and have independently handled PR functions in Govt. / print media / electronic media and publication of house journals, will be preferred.
  
  
• Candidates should be below the age of 35 years.
