National Centre for Cell Science (NCCS), Pune, Maharashtra, has announced Walk-in-interview for recruitment 2013, for Junior Research Fellow (JRF), Senior Research Fellow (SRF) & Project Assistant (PA) positions. The recruitment is to be done on temporary basis for the following projects of National Centre for Cell Science (NCCS).

Projects:

• Screening of biomolecules from bacterial diversity isolated from various ecological niches of Western Ghats - Junior Research Fellow (JRF)
• Identification of novel cellular targets and new molecules to inhibit HIV1 infection - Junior Research Fellow (JRF)
• Molecular Pathways regulating Ovarian Cancer Cell Plasticity and Stem  Cell Properties - Junior Research Fellow (JRF)
• Systems Biology of L. major: Therapeutic Implications - Senior Research Fellow (SRF)
• Regulation of T cell Development and Differentiation by Nuclear Matrix Protein SMAR1: Its Implications in Responses - Senior Research Fellow (SRF)
• Evaluation of the effect of apoptotic inhibitors on ex vivo expansion and cryopreservation of Hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells in a co-culture system with cord derived Mesenchymal stem cells - Project Assistant (PA)
• Discovery of bioactive natural products from microbes especially actinomycetes in niche biotopes in Manipur - Project Assistant (PA) 

Note

• Selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of their performance in Walk-in-Interview, to be conducted from 09.00 am onwards, at Board Room, NCCS Complex, University of Pune Campus, Ganeshkhind, Pune (Maharashtra) - 411007, as per the following schedule.
  • 8^th Apr, 2013 - Junior Research Fellow
  • 9^th Apr, 2013 - Senior Research Fellow and Project Assistant

How to Apply

• Candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria can appear for the Walk-in Interview.
  
  
• The interview is scheduled to be held on 8^th Apr and 9^th Apr, 2013, from 09:00 am onwards, at Board Room, NCCS Complex, University of Pune Campus, Ganeshkhind, Pune (Maharashtra) – 411007
  
  
• Candidates have to download the prescribed application format for appearing in interview from the official website of National Centre For Cell Science (NCCS): http://www.nccs.res.in/
  
  
• Candidates should submit their duly filled in hard copy of the downloaded application form, along with recent passport size photograph, and Original & photocopies of all requisite documents, at the time of interview.
