Applications are invited from eligible, skillful and proficient candidates for recruitment 2013, for the following posts:

• District Coordinator
• Instructor
• Field Assistant
• Data Entry Operator-cum-Clerk
• Supporting Staff 

Note

• Candidates will be appointed in Haryana, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi and Madhya Pradesh states offices. Selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of Written Examination (Objective Test & Descriptive Test), followed by Interview. Candidates qualified in the written test will be called for the interview.

Eligibility Conditions

• Required qualification as per organization norms 

Application Fee

• Rs.500: General / Other candidates
• Rs.250: SC / ST candidates

• For paying the application fees, candidates should obtain a DD for Rs.500 / Rs.250, drawn in favor of National Health Care Organization, payable at Delhi.
  
  
• Candidates should mention their name and address on the reverse side of the DD.
  
  
• Application Form, duly complete in all respect, along with recent passport size photograph, DD, and self-attested copies of all relevant certificates, should be submitted to:
