National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology (NIELIT), an autonomous Scientific Society of Dept of Electronics & Information Technology (DeitY), Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, Government of India, New Delhi Invites Applications from knowledgeable and skilled candidates for various posts in DeitY and its attached offices for the following positions:

• Scientist ‘B’ (Group ‘A’)
• Scientific / Technical Assistant A 

Note

• Selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of Written Examination and Personal Interview. The examination will be held at Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, Aurangabad, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chandigarh, Jaipur, Bhopal, Guwahati, Agartala, Lucknow, Gandhinagar, Calicut, Srinagar, Shimla, Patna, Dehradun, Ahmedabad, Jammu, Varanasi, Bhubaneswar, Raipur and Ranchi. The exam schedule will be mentioned in the candidate’s hall ticket / admit card.

Eligibility Conditions

• Required qualification as per organization norms 

Application Fee

• Rs.750: General / Other candidates
• Rs.375: SC / ST / PWD / Women candidates

• Online registration began from 25^th Mar, 2013 and will close on 8^th May, 2013.
  
  
• Candidates can pay the application fees for Rs.750 / Rs.375, through Net Banking.
  
  
• After successful submission of the online application form, the system will generate a complete application form with unique Journal No., which candidates should print out and keep it with them for the future reference.
