Eligibility Conditions

Engineering/ Technology

For Assistant Professor

• M.Tech. degree with first class at Bachelors or Masters/ equivalent degree in the appropriate branch of Engineering/ Technology with a very good academic record throughout.

For Associate Professor

• PhD degree with first class at Bachelors or Masters/ equivalent degree in the appropriate branch of Engineering/ Technology with a very good academic record throughout.

For Professor

• PhD degree with first class at Bachelors or Masters/ equivalent degree in the appropriate branch of Engineering/ Technology with a very good academic record throughout.

Science and Humanities

For Assistant Professor

• PhD degree with first class at M.Sc. / MA/ M.Tech. or equivalent in appropriate discipline with a very good academic record throughout.

For Associate Professor

• PhD degree with first class at M.Sc. / MA/ M.Tech. or equivalent in appropriate discipline with a very good academic record throughout.

For Professor

• PhD degree with first class at M.Sc. / MA/ M.Tech. or equivalent in appropriate discipline with a very good academic record throughout.

Application Fee

• DD of Rs.500 drawn in favour of “NIFFT, Ranchi” payable at any nationalized bank in Ranchi for each application (50% in case of SC/ ST & fully exempted for women & PWD candidates).

How to Apply

• The completed application in the prescribed format along with all relevant documents should reach the Director, NIFFT, Hatia, Ranchi-834003.
