Applications are invited from well-qualified and dynamic candidates the following posts:

• Project Officers (Material Management, Personal Management including Legal matters, Finance & Accounts and Logistics)
• Project Senior Executive
• Project Executive
• Project Executive (Hindi)
• Project Junior Assistant

Note

• The recruitment is to be done on contractual basis for a period of 3 years or till the completion of project, whichever is earlier.
• Candidates’ selection will be made on the basis of their performance in the qualification and interview.
• Only short-listed candidates will be called for the interview.

Eligibility Conditions

For Project Officers (Material Management, Personal Management including Legal matters, Finance & Accounts and Logistics)

• MBA Degree / LLB Degree / Diploma in Management / CA / ICWA / SAS / or its equivalent qualification from a recognized University
• Good operational knowledge of Computer
• Minimum 10 years of working experience in Govt. / PSU / Autonomous Bodies / in the relevant area in Managerial level
• Candidates should be below the age of 40 years.

For Project Senior Executive

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University with good knowledge of Computer Application or Degree in Library and Information Science from a recognized University
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Govt. / PSU / Autonomous Bodies / in the relevant area in Executive level
• Candidates should be below the age of 35 years.

For Project Executive

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University with good knowledge of Computer Application or Degree in Library and Information Science from a recognized University
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Govt. / PSU / Autonomous Bodies / in the relevant area in Junior Executive level
• Candidates should be below the age of 33 years.

For Project Executive (Hindi)

• Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent qualification from a recognized University with Hindi and English as main subjects
• Diploma / Certificate in Translation Work orMaster’s Degree in Hindi or its equivalentfrom a recognized University
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in Translation work from Hindi to English and vice-versa in any reputed Organization
• Candidates should be below the age of 33 years.

For Project Junior Assistant

• Passed 10+2 or its equivalent qualification from a recognized Board or University
• Should have minimum Typing Speed of 35 WPM in English or 30 WPM in Hindi on Computer (correspond to 10500 KDPH/9000 KDPH on an average of 5 key depression for each word)
• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University is desirable
• Candidates should be below the age of 30 years.

• The last date for online registration is February 8, 2012.
• After successful submission of the application form, the system will generate a Completed Application Form with unique Registration Number, which the candidates are required to secure with them as it will be used for further process.
• Candidates should take printout of the Completed Application Form for future reference.
• Printed Application form with affixed passport-size photograph and attested photocopies of all the certificates / documents should be submitted to the Director, National Institute of Ocean Technology, Velachery - Tambaram Main Road, Pallikaranai, Chennai (Tamil Nadu) - 600100, on or before February 15, 2012.
• Candidates should mention “Advertisement No., Post No., Post Name and Discipline” on the envelope in which the form would be sent.
