Applications are invited from qualified, capable and skilled Indian candidates for various posts for the following positions:

Group A

• Joint Director (Media)
• Assistant Director (Academic)
• Assistant Director (Administration)
• Accounts Officer
• Academic Officer (Teacher Education)

Group B

• Section Officer
• Assistant Audit Officer 

Note

• Appointment of the candidates is to be done on deputation / direct recruitment basis. Selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of Written Test / Trade Test / Skill Test and Interview. Candidates short-listed in the initial screening on the basis of academics and work experience will be called for the test / interview. 

• The test / interview schedule and centre address will be intimated to all short-listed candidates through call letter. For complete details regarding the recruitment and process of applying, candidates can visit the official website of NIOS: http://www.nios.ac.in/

• Required qualification as per organization norms 

Application Fee

• Rs.200: General Category
• Rs.100: SC / ST / OBC categories
• Exempted for PH candidates

• Willing candidates can download the application format from the official link of NIOS: http://www.nios.ac.in/vacancy.aspx
  
  
• For paying the application fees, candidates should obtain a DD for Rs.200 / Rs.100, drawn in favor of Secretary, National Institute of Open Schooling, payable at Noida.
  
  
• Candidates should mention their “Name, Address and Name of the Post Applied For” in the capital letters, on the reverse side of the DD.
  
  
• Application Form, duly complete in all respect, along with recent passport size photograph, DD and attested photocopies of all required certificates / documents, should be submitted to:

• Candidates belong to far-flung areas can send their application form latest by April 30, 2013.

• Candidates applying for various posts should apply with separate application form and fees for each post.
