Applications are invited from qualified candidates for Non-Teaching post in Administration and Technical Cadre for the following positions:

• Registrar (On Deputation / Contract basis)
• Assistant Registrar
• Assistant Librarian
• Executive Engineer
• Sports Officer
• Superintendent / Accountant
• Technical Assistant
• Technical Assistant (Systems)
• Nurse
• Stenographer
• Junior Assistant
• Technicians

Note

• Appointment of candidates is to be done on regular / deputation / contract basis.
• Selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of personal interview. Candidates, short-listed on the basis of their academic qualification and work experience, will be called for the test / interview by the Staff Selection Committee.

Eligibility Conditions

For Registrar (On Deputation / Contract basis)

• Master’s Degree in any discipline with minimum 55% marks or itsequivalent from a recognized University / Institute
• Minimum 15 years of working experience as Lecturer / Assistant Professor, out of which minimum 8 years of experience should be on a position of Assistant Professor / Deputy Registrar or its equivalent post
• Candidates, who have Degree in Law / Management, will be preferred.
• Should have experience in Educational Administration, Financial and Accounts Management and have capacity to lead the Administration in a reputed Institution
• Should have good working knowledge of Computer and Web-based Administration
• Candidates should be below the age of 55 years.

For Assistant Registrar

• Masters’ Degree with 1^st class division or CGPA of 6.5 in 10 pointscale from a recognized University / Institute
• Bachelor’s Degree of Engineering with 1^st class division or its equivalent grade from a recognized University / Institute
• Candidates having qualification in the area of Management / Engineering / Law will be preferred.
• Should have experience in handling Computerized Administration / Legal / Financial / Establishment Matters
• Chartered or Cost Account Degree / Diploma will be desirable.
• Candidates should be below the age of 35 years.

For Assistant Librarian

• Master’s Degree in Library Science / information Science /Documentation Science from a recognized University / Institute
• Good working knowledge ofComputerized Library service
• Postgraduate Diploma in Library Automation and Networking or PGDCA or its equivalent qualification from a recognized University / Institute is desirable.
• Candidates should be below the age of 35 years.

For Executive Engineer

• Bachelor’s Degree of Engineering in Electrical / Civil / Communication with 1^st class division or its equivalent grade in from a recognized University / Institute
• Minimum 5 years of working experience as Engineer / Asst. Engineer in CPWD / State PWD or similar organized
• Should have knowledge of Computer Aided Design (CAD) and latest Management Technology / other relevant Software
• Candidates should be below the age of 40 years.

For Sports Officer

• Master’s Degree in Physical Education / Sports Science with minimum 60% marks in aggregate with consistently good academic record from a recognized University / Institute
• Should have valid record of representing the University / College at the Inter- University / Inter-Collegiate Competitions or State / National Championships
• Should have qualified in the National Level Test conducted by the UGC or any other agency approved by the UGC
• Experience in guiding groups of students in creative activities is desirable.
• Candidates should be below the age of 35 years.

For Superintendent / Accountant

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce with Honors inAccountancy / Finance or its equivalent qualification with 1^st class division from arecognized University / Institute
• Master’s Degree with consistently good academic record from a recognized University / Institute
• Good working knowledge of Computer Applications
• Candidates should be below the age of 30 years.

For Technical Assistant / Technical Assistant (Systems)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science or MPC or Diploma of Engineering in Electrical / Electronics / Computers with 1^st class division or B.E / B.Tech Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Computers from a recognized University / Institute
• Should have good working knowledge of Web designing and System Administration etc. for the post of Technical Assistant (Systems)
• Candidates should be below the age of 30 years (Technical Assistant) or 35 years (Technical Assistant - Systems).

For Nurse

• Passed 10+2 from a recognized Board / School
• Should have A Grade Nursing Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery or its equivalent qualification from a recognized Institute
• Should have registered as Nurse / Midwife under State Nursing Council or have three of Certificate in Nursing Course from a recognized Institute
• Candidates should be below the age of 35 years.

For Stenographer

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University / Institute
• Should have minimum speed of Shorthand 80 WPM in Stenography & 35 WPM in Typing
• Good command over Computer Word Processing and Spread Sheet
• Candidates should be below the age of 27 years.

For Junior Assistant

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University / Institute
• Should have minimum Typing speed of 35 WPM
• Should have proficiency in Computer Word Processing and Spread Sheet
• Candidates should be below the age of 27 years.

For Technicians

• B.Sc Degree or Senior Secondary (10+2) with one year of ITI Course in the relevant discipline or Metric qualification with minimum 60% marks in aggregate with two years of ITI Certificate in the relevant discipline or Diploma in Engineering in the appropriate branch from a recognized University / Institute
• Candidates should be below the age of 27 years.
