Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission into following 2 years programmes for 2014-15

• Master of Science (M.Sc) in Physics
• Master of Science (M.Sc) in Chemistry
• Master of Science (M.Sc) in Mathematics

Eligibility Conditions

• Bachelor’s degree in Science with at least 50% marks or 5.5 in CPI/CGPA (with honors /major) in the particulars discipline (Physics/Chemistry/Mathematics).

• Applicants are required to send the duly filled in application form along with self attested copies of all testimonials and a DD of Rs.500 (general/OBC)/ Rs.300 (SC/ST) in favour of the Director, NIT Silchar payable at State Bank of India , NIT Silchar branch.

Selection Procedure

• Screening of applications on the basis of their performance in the entrance exam.
• Performance in Personal Interview (PI).

Last date for submission of application forms: 13^th Jun, 2014.
