Eligibility Conditions
For Executive Director (Engineering / Finance/Accounts / HR)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or its equivalent qualification from a recognized University / Institute
- Post Graduate Degree in Management / M Tech Degree Or Degree of Chartered Accountant / ICWA / MBA (Finance) Or MBA Degree in HR or its equivalent qualification from a recognized University
- Minimum 22 years of working experience in the relevant field
- Candidates should be below the age of 53 years.
For Group General Manager (Engineering)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or its equivalent qualification from a recognized University / Institute
- Master’s Degree in Management / M Tech Degree from a recognized University
- Minimum 20 years of working experience in the relevant field
- Candidates should be below the age of 52 years.
For General Manager (Finance & Accounts / HR)
- Degree of Chartered Accountant / ICWA / MBA (Finance) / MBA (HR) or its equivalent qualification from a recognized University / Institute
- Minimum 18 years of working experience in the relevant field
- Candidates should be below the age of 50 years.
For Jt. General Manager (Finance & Accounts)
- Degree of Chartered Accountant / ICWA / MBA (Finance) or its equivalent qualification from a recognized University / Institute
- Minimum 16 years of working experience in the relevant field
- Candidates should be below the age of 48 years.
For Deputy General Manager (Finance & Accounts / HR)
- Degree of Chartered Accountant / ICWA / MBA (Finance) / MBA (HR) or its equivalent qualification from a recognized University / Institute
- Minimum 14 years of working experience in the relevant field
- Candidates should be below the age of 45 years.
For Senior Manager (Finance & Accounts / HR)
- Degree of Chartered Accountant / ICWA / MBA (Finance) / MBA (HR) or its equivalent qualification from a recognized University / Institute
- Minimum 10 years of working experience in the relevant field
- Candidates should be below the age of 40 years.
For Manager (Civil / Finance & Accounts / HR / Law / IT)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent qualification with Master’s Degree in Management / M Tech from a recognized University / Institute Or
- Degree of Chartered Accountant / ICWA / MBA (Finance) from a recognized University / Institute Or
- MBA Degree in HR or its equivalent qualification from a recognized University / Institute Or
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law at Bar with Master’s Degree in Law from a recognized University / Institute
- Minimum 8 years of working experience in the relevant field
- Candidates should be below the age of 35 years.
For Deputy Manager (Civil / HR / PR / Law / IT)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent qualification with Master’s Degree in Management / M Tech from a recognized University / Institute Or
- MBA Degree in HR or its equivalent qualification from a recognized University / Institute Or
- Master’s Degree in Mass Communication or Bachelor’s Degree with two years of Diploma in Journalism with Additional qualification of MBA (HR) / LLB Degree from a recognized University / Institute Or
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law at Bar with Master’s Degree in Law from a recognized University / Institute Or
- BE Degree in CS / IT with MCA Degree from a recognized University / Institute
- Minimum 2-4 years of working experience in the relevant field
- Candidates should be below the age of 20 years.
Required Age
- 18-30 years: Junior Hindi Translator, Stenographer, Data Entry Operator & Driver
- 18-25 years: Lower Division Clerk, Technical Assistant Production, Electrical Supervisor & Laboratory Assistant
- Age relaxation for SC / ST / OBC / PWD candidates as per government norms

- For paying the application fees, candidates should obtain a DD for Rs 500 / Rs 125, drawn in favor of NPCC Ltd, payable at Faridabad (Haryana).
- Candidates should mention their name, address, and post applied for on the reverse side of the DD.
- Application form duly complete in all respect, along with a recent passport-size photograph, DD and self-attested copies of all required certificates, should be submitted to The General Manager (HR), NPCC Ltd., Registered Office, 30-31, Raja House, Nehru Place, New Delhi - 110019, speed / registered post, within 15 days from the date of publishing the advertisement.
- Candidates should mention “Name of the Post Applied for ____________ & Advertisement No: Advertisement No. NPCC (Regular-V) 01/12” on the envelope in which the form would be sent.
- Candidates should apply with separate application form for each post.
