National Brain Research Centre (NBRC) has Invited Applications from Eligible scientists, for recruitment 2011.

• Assistant Professor (Scientists III)
• Associate Professor (Scientist IV)
• Additional Professor (Scientist V)

Note : The scientists will be appointed as faculty members for both research and teaching in the department of Neurosciences.

Eligibility Conditions :

• For Assistant Professor (Scientists III)
  • Ph D in relevant field with four years experience in R&D
  • Age Limit: 40 years as on last date of the application.
• For Associate Professor (Scientists IV)
  • Ph D/Corresponding degrees with original work as evidenced by patents or publications
  • Proof of leadership with minimum eight years experience in R&D
  • Age Limit: 50 years as on last date of the application.
• For Additional Professor (Scientists V)
  • Ph D/Corresponding degrees with original work as evidenced by patents or publications
  • Proof of leadership with minimum ten years experience in R&D
  • Age Limit: 50 years as on last date of the application.

Application Fee: Rs 100/- (for General candidates) , Rs 50/- (for OBC candidates) SC/ST/PH category candidates are exempted from application fees.

How To Apply:

• Candidates should download the application form by the official link of NBRC: http://www.nbrc.ac.in/App_teachingpost_Aug_11.pdf
• Candidates also can obtain the application form by post on request from the Administrative Officer, NBRC, Nainwal Mode, Manesar-122050, Haryana along with a demand draft for 50/- drawn in favor of Director, NBRC payable at Gurgaon and the details of the receiver’s address
• Candidates should pay their application fees through Demand Draft in favor of “Director, NBRC” payable at Gurgaon/ Manesar
• Candidates should send the application form in prescribed format along with the duly signed attested copies of the certificates, mark sheets, testimonials in support of age, qualifications, experience, community and Demand Draft to Administrative Officer, National Brain Research Centre, Nainwal Mode, Manesar 122050, Gurgaon within 21 days from the date of publication of the advertisement in Employment News Paper i.e.  16^th Sept, 2011
• The envelope containing the application form and other required documents should be clearly super scribed with Advertisement No., Name of the post and Post Code applied for and the same thing should be mentioned on the Application Form also
• Candidates working in Government/Semi-government organizations/ public sector undertaking autonomous organizations must send their applications through proper channel
• Candidates should mention the names of three references working in senior positions for verification
