National Institute of Technology (NIT), Silchar has invited applications for admission to Master of Business Administration (MBA) program for the academic session 2016.
Eligibility Conditions:
Educational Qualification:
Aspiring candidates must have a Bachelor degree in any discipline of science/ humanities/ engineering etc. with at least 50 percent marks or 5.5 Cumulative Grade Points Average (CGPA) with a valid Common Admission Test (CAT)/ Management Aptitude Test (MAT) / Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) scores.
Note: All the candidates in their final year of graduation examination are also eligible to apply.
Age Limit:
All the candidates belonging to SC/ ST/ PWD category are entitled for age relaxation of 5 percent or 0.5 in CGPA/CPI on a 10 point.
Selection Process:
All the candidates must possess a valid CAT/MAT/CMAT score with the minimum 40 percentile. However, the final selection will be made on the basis of group discussion and personal interview.
Application Fee:
All the candidates from the General/ OBC category need to pay Rs 500 for each application. Candidates of the SC/ ST category need to pay Rs 500.

All the candidates need to download the application form from the website, www.nits.ac.in.
Applicants need to apply through the prescribed format only.
