Eligibility Conditions

For Junior Officer (DTP)

Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University / Institute
Should have proficiency in DTP
Should have minimum speed of 60 WPM in Higher Grade Typewriting (English) and minimum 40 WPM in Lower Grade Typewriting (Hindi & Telugu) on Computer
Minimum 15 years of working experience in DTP works

For Assistant General Manager (E5) / Assistant Manager (E1) / Deputy Manager (E2) / Manager (E3) / Senior Manager (E4) (Industrial Engineering)

Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or Bachelor’s Degree in Mining / Mechanical / Production Engineering with Postgraduate Degree / Diploma in Industrial Engineering with 1st class division from a recognized University / Institute
Required years of post-qualification experience in the field of Industrial Engineering covering practical application of techniques of cost reduction, PERT, MBO, O&M, Resources analysis, Norms development, Operations research, work study, Job evaluation, Incentives, etc.
Good working knowledge of Computers Applications

For Assistant Manager (E1) / Deputy Manager (E2) (Information Services)

MCA or BE / B Tech Degree in Computer / CS / IT or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Application Programming / Computer Management / Systems Management with 1st class division from a recognized University / Institute
Minimum 2 years (Asst Manager) or 4 years (Dy Manager) of post qualification experience in the relevant field

For Assistant Manager (E1) / Deputy Manager (E2) (Law)

Bachelor’s Degree of Law (3 years course) or (5 years Integrated Course) from a recognized University / Institute
Minimum 2 years (Asst Manager) or 4 years (Dy Manager) of post qualification experience in dealing with legal matters relating to Contracts, Mining Leases, Mergers & Acquisition, Transfer of Property, Industrial Laws etc, and having experience in dealing with cases in Lower Court / High Court / Supreme Court cases
Should have good Communication and Presentation Skills

For Assistant Manager (E1) / Deputy Manager (E2) (Mineral Processing)

Bachelor’s Degree of Engineering in Mineral Processing with 1^st class division from a recognized University / Institute
Minimum 2 years (Asst Manager) or 4 years (Dy Manager) of post qualification experience in the field of mineral beneficiation including gravity methods, magnetic separation, floatation and ore agglomeration in reputed pilot plant / commercial plant

For Assistant General Manager (E5) (Raj Bhasha)

MA (Hindi) Degree with 1^st class division, with English as one of the main subjects at Degree level from a recognized university / Institute
Should have completed Translation course, conducted by Central Translation Bureau, Ministry of Home Affairs
Minimum 13 years of post qualification experience in Translation of Technical or Non-Technical documents from English to Hindi and vice-versa in Newspapers or Public Relations Department of any State / Central Government or Public Sector Undertaking
Candidates, who have working experience in the Department of Official Language (Raj Bhasha), will be preferred.

Required Age

50 years: Asst. General Manager / Sr. Manager
45 years: Manager / Dy. Manager / Asst. Manager
40 years: Jr. Officer (DTP)
Age relaxation for SC / ST / OBC / PH / EXS candidates provided as per Government norms
