Eligibility
For Registrar
- Should have obtained a Master’s Degree with at least 55% (50% for SC/ST candidates or candidates already in the University system) marks or its equivalent grade B in the UGC Seven Point Scale
- Should have at least 15 years experience as Lecturer / Assistant Professor or eight years of service as Reader in the AGP of eight thousand and above including as Associate Professor along with experience in educational administration, or
- Should have comparable experience in research establishments and/or other institutions of higher education, or
- Should have 15 years of administrative experience of which 8 years shall be as Deputy Registrar or an equivalent post
For Controller of Examinations
- Should have obtained a Master’s Degree with at least 55% (50% for SC/ST candidates or candidates already in the University system) marks or its equivalent grade B in the UGC Seven Point Scale
- Should have at least 15 years experience as Lecturer / Assistant Professor or eight years of service as Reader in the AGP of eight thousand and above including as Associate Professor along with experience in educational administration, or
- Should have comparable experience in research establishments and/or Institutions of higher education,
- Should have 15 years of administrative experience of which 8 years shall be as Deputy Registrar or an equivalent post
For Deputy Registrar
- Should have obtained Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade ‘B’ in the UGC Seven Point Scale
- Should have 9 years experience as a Lecturer / Assistant Professor in the AGP of 6000 and above with experience in educational administration, or
- Should have comparable experience in research establishments and/or other Institutions of higher education, or
- Should have five years of administrative experience as Assistant Registrar or in an equivalent post
Note: Provided that fulfillment of the requirement of 55% marks or its equivalent grade ‘B’ in the UGC Seven Point Scale may be relaxed by the University for SC/ST candidates and departmental candidates subject to minimum of 50% marks.
For Executive Engineer
- Should have obtained Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from any recognized University / Institute or Section A & B Examination (AMIE) of the Institute of Engineers (India) in relevant discipline with 8 (eight) years of experience in relevant field as Assistant Engineer in the pay scale of Rs 6500-10500 (pre-revised), or
- Should have 5 years of experience in relevant field as Assistant Executive Engineer or in a analogous scale of Rs 8000-13500 (pre-revised), or
- Should have obtained a Diploma holder having 12 years of experience as Assistant Engineer in relevant field
- Desirable Qualification
- Should have knowledge of Computer Aided Design (CAD) and latest Management Technology
For Assistant Librarian
- Should have obtained Master’s Degree in Library Science / Information Science / Documentation Science or an equivalent professional degree with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a Seven Point Scale wherever grading system is followed) and a consistently good academic record with knowledge of computerization of library
- Should be qualified in the national level test conducted for the purpose by the UGC or any other agency approved by the UGC
- However, candidates who have been awarded PhD degree in accordance with the University Grants Commission (Minimum Standards and procedure for Award of PhD Degree), Regulations 2009, shall be exempted from the requirement of the minimum eligibility condition of NET/SLET/SET for recruitment and appointment of University Assistant Librarian/College Librarian or Documentation Officer.
Note: Provided that fulfillment of the requirement of 55% marks or its equivalent grade ‘B’ in the UGC Seven Points Scale may be relaxed by the University for SC/ST candidates and departmental candidates subject to minimum of 50% marks.
For Assistant Director of Sports
- Should have obtained Master’s Degree in Physical Education or Master’s Degree in Sports Science with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) with a consistently good academic record
- Should have record of having represented a University / College at the Inter-University / Inter-Collegiate championship or the State and/or National championships
- Should qualifying in the national level test conducted for the purpose by the UGC or any other agency approved by the UGC
- Should have passed the physical fitness test conducted in accordance with relevant UGC Regulations
- However, candidates, who are, or have been awarded PhD degree in accordance with the University Grants Commission (Minimum Standards and procedure for award of PhD Degree), Regulation 2009, shall be exempted from the requirement of the minimum eligibility condition of NET/SLET/SET for recruitment and appointment of University Assistant Director of Physical Education/College Director of Physical Education & Sports.
Note: Provided that fulfillment of the requirement of 55% marks may be relaxed by the University for SC/ST candidates and departmental candidates subject to minimum of 50% marks.
For System Analyst
- Should have obtained BE / B Tech (CSE / IT) from recognized University / Institution, or
- Should have obtained MCA with at least 1 year experience in System Administration from a recognized University / Institution
For Information Scientist
- Should have obtained BE / B Tech (CSE / IT) from any recognized University / Institution, or
- Should have obtained Master’s Degree in Computer Application with at least 1 year experience in System Administration from recognized University / Institution, or
- Should have obtained Master’s Degree in Library & Information Sciences and Post graduate Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized University / Institution, or
- Should have obtained Bachelor’s Degree in Library & Information Science with three years experience in the field and PG Diploma in Computer application from a recognized University / Institution
For Hindi Officer
- Should have obtained Post Graduate Degree in Hindi from any recognized University with grade equivalent to minimum 55% marks with English as one of the subjects at Degree level, subject to at least 50% marks in the case of SC/ST candidates, or
- Should have 5 years experience of translation from English to Hindi & vice-versa in which preference will be given to work of technical or scientific literature OR 5 years of Hindi teaching/research OR 5 years experience of Journalism in Hindi
- Desirable Qualification
- Should have knowledge of Sanskrit or any other Indian Language
- Should have knowledge of word processing in Hindi and English

- In-service candidates should send their application(s) through Proper Channel. However, an advance copy of application may be sent within the due date.
