Applications are invited from eligible and experienced professionals for various Teaching posts, in Cultural & Creative Studies Department for the following positions:

• Professor (Folkloristics)
• Associate Professor (Folkloristics)
• Assistant Professor (Music / Painting) 

Note

• Selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of Academics, Work Experience and Personal Interview. Candidates short-listed in the initial screening will be called for Interview, by the screening committee. The interview schedule and centre address will be intimated to all short-listed candidates through call letter. Eligibility Conditions

• Required qualification as per organization norms 

Application Fee

• Rs.500: General / OBC candidates
• Rs.250: SC / ST candidates
• Exempted for PWD candidates

• For paying the application fees, candidates should obtain a DD for Rs.500 / Rs.250, drawn in favor of Finance Officer, NEHU, payable at Shillong.
  
  
• Candidates can also pay the application fees through University Challan.
  
  
• Application Form, duly complete in all respect, along with recent passport size photograph, DD and attested photocopies of all relevant certificates, should be submitted to:
