Appointment of candidates is to be done for the following functioning areas:

Selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of candidates’ performance in the personal interview. Candidates short-listed on the basis of qualification and work experience will be called for the interview. The interview schedule and centre address will be mentioned in the candidates’ call letter.

Eligibility Conditions 

For Power Project Engineering / Project Management / Capital Planning & Coordination / Planning & Development / Quality Assurance / Material Management / Investment & Co-ordination / Marketing / Information Technology / Site Operations (Project Sites) / Site Operations (Manufacturing Plant)

• Bachelor’s Degree of Engineering / Technology in Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics / Control & Instrumentation / Civil / Computer Science / Information Technology with minimum 60% marks in aggregate from a recognized University / Institute

For Human Resource

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with minimum 60% marks in aggregate from a recognized University / Institute
  
   
• Postgraduate Degree / Diploma in HR with specialization in Social Work / Industrial Relations / Personnel Management / Business Administration with minimum 60% marks in aggregate from a recognized University / Institute

For Finance

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline in aggregate from a recognized University / Institute
  
   
• Should be a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or Institute of Cost Accountant of India with minimum 50% marks in all levels

For Site Operations (Safety)

• Bachelor’s Degree of Engineering / Technology in the relevant discipline with minimum 60% marks in aggregate from a recognized University / Institute
  
   
• One year of Diploma in Industrial Safety from a recognized University / Institute 

Required Age

• 30 years: Engineer / Executive (E1)
• 33 years: Senior Engineer / Senior Executive (E2)
• 36 years: Deputy Manager (E3)
• 39 years: Manager (E4)
• 43 years: Senior Manager (E5)
• 46 years: Deputy General Manager (E6)
• 50 years: Addl. General Manager (E7)
• Age relaxation for SC / ST / OBC / PH / EXS candidates provided as per Government norms.

• Online registration commences from  2^nd May, 2012 and will close on  16^th May, 2012 till 06.00 pm.
  
  
• After successful submission of the application form, the system will generate an Acknowledgement Slip with unique Registration ID, of which candidates should take a printout and use it for the further process.
