Eligibility Conditions

• Required qualification as per PGIMER norms 

Application Fee:

• Rs.500 General / OBC candidates
• Rs.250 SC / ST candidates

• Willing candidates can download the Application Format and Challan from the official link of PGIMER Chandigarh: http://pgimer.nic.in/code/oppor.htm
  
  
• Candidates can pay the application fees of Rs.500 / Rs.250, through Triplicate Challan in any branch of State Bank of India, in the PGIMER Current Account Name Power Jyoti, and Account No. 32211613319.
  
  
• After submission of the application fees, the bank will generate a Journal No. / Challan No., which candidates are required to fill in the application form for its completion.
  
  
• Candidates should keep their Challan copy with them as it will be used in future.
  
  
• Application form, duly complete in all respect, along with the PGIMER Challan copy and attested photocopies of all relevant documents, should be submitted to the:
