Applications are invited from qualified and experienced candidates of India for the posts of Assistant Professor in following various specialties:

• Neurology
• Paediatric Gastroenterology
• Transfusion Medicine
• Hospital Administration

EligibilityConditioins

For Neurology / Paediatric Gastroenterology

• DM Degree in Neurology / Gastroenterology or its equivalent qualification from a recognized Indian University or Medical Council of India
• Minimum 1 year of teaching or research experience in a recognized Institution in the relevant subject of speciality after obtaining the qualifying degree of DM

For Transfusion Medicine

• MD Degree in Transfusion Medicine / Pathology with minimum two years of training in Blood Transfusion / Banking or its equivalent qualification from a recognized Indian University or Medical Council of India
• Minimum 3 years of teaching or research experience in a recognized Institution in the subject of speciality after obtaining the qualifying degree of MD

For Hospital Administration

• MD/MS Degree in any medical discipline or its equivalent qualification from a recognized University or Master’s Degree in Hospital Administration or its equivalent qualification from a recognized University
• Minimum 3 years of teaching or research experience in a recognized Institution in the subject of speciality after obtaining the qualifying degree of MD/MS

Required Age

    Candidates should be below the age of 33 years (Age relaxation for SC / ST / OBC candidates as per government norms)

Application Fee:

• For Downloaded Form: Rs 500/- (General / Others) & Rs 250/- (SC / ST candidates)
• By Post: Rs 525/- (General / Others) & Rs 275/- (SC / ST candidates)

• Candidates can obtain the form directly from PGIMER Office, Establishment Branch-I, Kairon Block, 3rd Floor, Chandigarh, in the reverse payment of Rs 500 / Rs 250.
• Candidates can also obtain the form by post, by sending the written request along with self-addressed stamped (Rs 10) Envelope and DD for Rs 525/- / Rs 275/-, drawn in favor of Director, PGIMER, payable at SBI (Code No.1524), Chandigarh, to the Establishment Branch-I, Kairon Block, 3rd Floor, PGIMER, Chandigarh.
• Candidates applying through downloaded form, for paying the application fees, should obtain the DD for Rs 500/- / Rs 250/-, drawn in favor of Director, PGIMER, payable at SBI Chandigarh.
• Application form, duly complete in all respect, along with DD and photocopies of all relevant documents, should be submitted to the Director, PGIMER, Sector 12, Chandigarh - 160012.
