Applications are invited from experienced law professionals for various posts for the following positions:

Selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of candidates’ performance in the personal interview.

Eligibility Conditions

For Additional General Manager

Degree in Law with 1st class division from a recognized University / Institute
Postgraduate qualification in Law with specialization in Commercial / Corporate Law / Labour / Taxation Law will be considered as an added advantage.
Minimum 15 years of post qualification experience, out of which minimum 2 years of experience should be in a pay scale of IDA Rs 51300 - 73000 or CDA Rs 37400 - 67000 and Grade Pay Rs 8900 or 16400-20900 (Pre-revised)

For Senior Officer

Degree in Law with 1st class division from a recognized University / Institute
Postgraduate qualification in Law with specialization in Commercial / Corporate Law / Labour / Taxation Law will be considered as an added advantage.
Minimum 6 years of post qualification experience, out of which minimum 2 years of experience should be in a pay sclae of IDA Rs 24900 - 50500 or CDA Rs 9300 - 34800 and Grade Pay Rs 5400 or 8000-13500 (Pre-revised)

For Officer (Law)

Degree in Law with 1st class division from a recognized University / Institute
Postgraduate qualification in Law with specialization in Commercial / Corporate Law / Labour / Taxation Law will be considered as an added advantage.
Minimum 3 years of post qualification experience in the pay scale of IDA Rs 20600 - 46500 or CDA Rs 9300 - 34800 and Grade Pay Rs 4200 or 6500-10500 (Pre-revised)

Required Age

Application Fee: Rs 400/- (Exempted for SC / ST / PH / EXS candidates)

Online Registration began from 27^th March, 2012 and will close on 30^th April, 2012.
For paying the application fees, candidates should obtain a DD for Rs 400/-, drawn in favor of Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd., payable at New Delhi.
Candidates should mention their name, registration no. and post applied for on the reverse side of the DD.
After successful submission of the application form, the system will generate a complete Resume with unique Registration No., which candidates should take a printout and submit for the further process.
Resume affixed with a passport-size photograph and duly signed, along with the DD and Xeroxed copies of all required documents / certificates, should be submitted to the Advertiser (PG), Post Box No. 9248, Krishna Nagar Head Post Office, Delhi - 110051, by ordinary post on or before 10^th May, 2012.
Candidates should mention “Application for the Post of ________” on the envelope in which the form would be sent.
