Age Limit

The age of the candidate should not less than 18 years and should not more than 39 years. The age of the candidate should be as on 12^th Feb, 2016.

Officer (Company Secretary):- 02 Posts

Qualification

Candidate should have graduation and qualified company secretary (Associated membership of the institute of company secretaries of India).

Pay Scale

Rs.24900 – 50500/- Per Month

Age Limit

The age of the candidate should not less than 18 years and should not more than 33 years. The age of the candidate should be as on 12^th Feb, 2016.

Selection Procedure

Selection of the candidates will be on the basis of written examination and personal interview depending on the number of applications received.

Age Relaxation

The upper age of the candidates in relaxable for the following specified categories to the extent indicated below:-

By 5 years for candidates belonging to ST communities.
By 5 years for candidates belonging to SC communities.
By 3 years for candidates belonging to OBC communities.

Candidates are required to pay application fee Rs. 400/- for general categories candidates / other backward class categories candidates through A/C payee demand draft in the favor of Power Grid Corporation of India limited” payable at New Delhi. The Schedule caste categories candidates / Schedule tribe categories candidates / Person with disabilities categories candidates / EXSm categories candidates need not to pay application fee.
