Applications are invited from eligible, skillful and experienced Indian candidates for the post of Director (Technical) in National Fertilizers Limited (NFL). 

Note

• Appointment of the candidates is to be done on deputation basis for a period of 5 years or till the age of superannuation (60 years), whichever is earlier. Candidates' selection is to be made on the basis of their performance in academics, work experience and interview. 

• Only initial screening short-listed candidates will be called for the Interview, by the screening committee. The interview schedule will be intimated to all short-listed candidates. Eligibility Conditions

• Bachelor’s Degree of Engineering in Chemical Engineering with good academic record from a recognized University / Institute
  
  
• Should have adequate experience in Plant Operation / Maintenance / Project Management / Technical Services, in a reputed large plant
  
  
• Experience in the Fertilizer Industry will be considered as an added advantage.
  
  
• Candidates should be above the age of 45 years and below the age of 58 years (internal candidates) / 57 years (others).
