Applications are invited from knowledgeable, experienced and skilled Indian candidates for the post of Chairman & Managing Director (CMD), in Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL). 

Note

• Candidate’s appointment is to be done on deputation basis, for a period of five years or till the date of superannuation (age of 60 years), whichever is earlier. Selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of Personal Interview. Candidates short-listed in the initial screening on the basis of academics and work experience will be called for the interview.

Eligibility Conditions

• Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant discipline with a good academic record from a recognized University / Institute
  
  
• Should have adequate experience at Senior Level position in various aspects of Management in a reputed Organization
  
  
• Candidates, who have Technical qualification / MBA Degree, and have experience in Management, with familiarity in Finance & Marketing / Production departments, will be an added advantage.
  
  
• Good knowledge of Petroleum Industry is desirable.
  
  
• Candidates should be above the age of 45 years and below the age of 58 years (internal candidates) / 57 years (others).
