Applications are invited from experienced and specialized candidates for the post of Director (Human Resources) in NTPC Limited. 

Note

  • The recruitment is to be done for a period of 5 years or till the date of superannuation (age of 60 years), whichever is earlier.
  • Selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of their performance in work experience and interview.

Eligibility Conditions

  • Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant discipline with good academic record from a recognized University / Institute
  • Minimum 10 years of working experience, out of which 2 years of working experience should be on a Senior Level, in various aspects of Personnel Management and Human resources of a reputed organization
  • Candidates, who have Postgraduate Degree / Diploma in Personnel Management / Business Administration with Personnel Management / Industrial Relations as an elective subject or Degree in Law / Industrial Engineering from a recognized University / Institute, will be preferred.
  • Candidates should be above the age of 45 years and below the age of 58 years (internal candidates) / 57 years (others).
