Applications are invited from experienced and specialized candidates for the post of Director (Human Resources) in NTPC Limited.

Note

The recruitment is to be done for a period of 5 years or till the date of superannuation (age of 60 years), whichever is earlier.
Selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of their performance in work experience and interview.
The interview scheduled will be informed to all the short-listed candidates.

Eligibility Conditions

Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant discipline with good academic record from a recognized University / Institute
Minimum 10 years of working experience, out of which 2 years of working experience should be on a Senior Level, in various aspects of Personnel Management and Human resources of a reputed organization
Candidates, who have Postgraduate Degree / Diploma in Personnel Management / Business Administration with Personnel Management / Industrial Relations as an elective subject or Degree in Law / Industrial Engineering from a recognized University / Institute, will be preferred.
Candidates should be above the age of 45 years and below the age of 58 years (internal candidates) / 57 years (others).
