Punjab Agricultural University has invited applications for admission to its PhD programme for the commencing academic session 2016-17.

Eligibility criteria:

Educational Qualification:

Aspiring candidates must hold an MSc degree in any discipline.

Selection Process:

Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in the PhD entrance test. The candidates have to get a minimum of 20 per cent to be eligible for counselling/ interview.

How to Apply:

The candidates have to collect the prospectus and application form from "The Additional Director of Communication, Centre for Communication and International Linkages, PAU, Ludhiana - 141 004."

Online Mode: The candidates have to pay an application fee of Rs 4400 inclusive of the cost of downloading the form or prospectus.

Offline Mode: The candidates have to pay an application fee of Rs 3150 for every entrance test. In addition, they have to pay (Rs 1750/ Rs 1880 by post) for the prospectus.

Important dates:

• 14th to 21st Oct, 2016 with late fee of Rs 1000.
