Applications are invited from well-qualified and skillful Indian professionals for the posts of Specialist Officers, in MMG Scale III, MMG Scale II and JMG Scale I for the following positions:

• Senior Manager (Law) (MMG Scale III)
• Manager (Credit) (MMG Scale II)
• Manager (Security) (MMG Scale II)
• Officer (Librarian) (JMG Scale I)
• Fire Officers (JMG Scale I)
• Officer (Printing Technologist) (JMG Scale I)
• Officer (Data Analyst) (JMG Scale I)
• Officer (IT) (JMG Scale I)
• Officer (HRD) (JMG Scale I)
• Hindi Officers (JMG Scale I)

• Candidates’ selection will be made on the basis of their performance in the Written Test / IBPS Total Weighted Standard Score (TWS) of Specialist officers March 2012 and Personal Interview. The written test is scheduled to be held on 14^th Oct, 2012. The test will be held at Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Bhubaneswar, Bhopal, Chennai, Chandigarh, Delhi, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Jammu, Jaipur, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai and Patna centers. 
• Written test schedule and centre address will be mentioned in the candidates’ call letter. Candidates short-listed on the basis of written test or IBPS score card will be called for the personal interview. The interview schedule will be announced later.

Online registration will begin from 1^st Aug, 2012 and close on 17^th Aug, 2012. Eligibility Conditions

For Senior Manager (Law) (MMG Scale III)

• LLB Degree with minimum 60% marks in aggregate or 1st class division from a recognized University / Institute
  
  
• For NLU Law Graduates: Minimum 3 years of experience in the Law Division / International Banking Division of PSU / Bank
  
  
• For Other Law Graduates: Minimum 5 years of experience in the Law Division / International Banking Division of PSU / Bank or minimum 5 years of practice in DRT / District / Higher level Court
  
  
• Candidates should be above the age of 21 years and below the age of 30 years.

For Manager (Credit) (MMG Scale II)

• CA / ICWA from a reputed Institute
        Or
  MBA / PGDM with specialization in Finance with minimum 75% marks in aggregate from a recognized University Institute with consistent 60% or above marks from Sr. Secondary onwards
  
  
• Candidates should be above the age of 21 years and below the age of 30 years.

For Manager (Security) (MMG Scale II)

• Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant discipline from a recognized University / Institute
  
  
• Should be an Officer with 5 years of Commissioned Service in Indian Army / Navy / Air Force or minimum 5 years of service as a Police Officer not below the rank of Assistant Superintendent of Police / Dy Superintendent of Police or minimum 5 years of experience as an Officer of identical work in Para Military Forces
  
  
• Candidates should be below the age of 32 years.

For Officer (Librarian) (JMG Scale I)

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with M Lib I Sc from a recognized University / Institute with goodworking knowledge of MS Office
      Or
  Bachelor’s Degree in Library Science with minimum 60% marks in aggregate from a recognized University / Institute
  
  
• Candidates should be above the age of 21 years and below the age of 28 years.

For Fire Officers (JMG Scale I)

• Bachelor’s Degree in anydiscipline from a recognized University / Institute
  
  
• Should have qualified Sub-Officer Course with minimum of 50% marks in aggregate from National Fire Service College, Nagpur
  
  
• Good knowledge of mandatory requirements of providing fire protection and prevention in high rise business buildings as per National Building Code and Bureau of Indian Standards
  
  
• Minimum 3 years work experience as Sub-Officer in State / Central / Defence Fire Services or Fire Safety Officer
  
  
• Candidates should be above the age of 25 years and below the age of 40 years.

For Officer (Printing Technologist) (JMG Scale I)

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University / Institute
  
  
• Three years Diploma / Degree in Printing Technology from a recognized University / Institute
  
  
• Candidates should be above the age of 21 years and below the age of 30 years.

For Officer (Data Analyst) (JMG Scale I)

• Bachelor’s Degree with Honours in Statistics / Mathematics from a recognized University with FRM Certification from Global Association of Risk Professionals / PRM Certification from Professional Risk Manager’s International Association
      Or
  Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University with Postgraduate Programme (2 years) in Banking & Finance from NIBM
   Or
  Master’s Degree in Statistics / Mathematics from a recognized University
  
  
• Minimum 2 years of working knowledge of Econometric Techniques
  
  
• Candidates should be above the age of 21 years and below the age of 28 years.

For Officer (IT) (JMG Scale I)

• BE / B.Tech Degree in the field of Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Computer Science & Engineering / Computing / IT / Electronics / Electronics & Communication Engineering from a recognized University / Institute
       Or
  MCA Degree from a recognized University / Institute
  
  
• Should have valid IBPS Score Card of in CWE for Specialist Officers March 2012
  
  
• Candidates should be above the age of 21 years and below the age of 28 years.

For Officer (HRD) (JMG Scale I)

• Bachelor’s Degree with Master’s Degree or Postgraduate Degree / Diploma (2 years) in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / Labour Laws / Labour Welfare / Social Work from a recognized University / Institute
        Or
  MBA / PGDM with specialization in HR / HRM from a recognized University / Institute
  
  
• Should have valid IBPS Score Card of in CWE for Specialist Officers March 2012
  
  
• Candidates should be above the age of 21 years and below the age of 28 years.

For Hindi Officers (JMG Scale I)

• Master’s Degree in Hindi with English as a subject in degree level from a recognized University / Institute
     Or
  Master’s Degree in Sanskrit with English and Hindi as subjects in degree level
  
  
• Should have valid IBPS Score Card of in CWE for Specialist Officers March 2012
  
  
• Candidates should be above the age of 21 years and below the age of 30 years. 

Application Fee

• Rs. 400 (General / OBC / EXS) & Rs.50 (SC / ST / PC): Senior Manager (Law) / Manager (Credit / Security) / Officer (Librarian) / Fire Officers / Officer (Printing Technologist / Data Analyst)
• Rs.100 (General / OBC / EXS) & Rs.20 (SC / ST / PC): Officer (IT / HRD) / Hindi Officers 

How to Apply

• Before filling the application form, candidates are required to pay-in the Application Fee of required amount through Cash Voucher, which can be downloaded from the official website of PNB.
• Candidates can pay the fee amount in any branch of Punjab National Bank, from 1^st Aug, 2012 till 17^th Aug, 2012.
  
  
• After paying the application fee through Cash Voucher, the bank will generate a Transaction ID, which the candidates are required to fill in the online application form for completing their form.
  
  
• Candidates should keep the Cash Voucher with them as proof, as it will have to be submitted at the time of interview, along with the call letter.
  
  
• After successful submission of the application form, the system will generate a complete application form, which the candidates are required to print out, as it will have to be submitted at the time of Interview, along with affixed passport-size photograph and attested Xeroxed copies of all required certificates and Cash Voucher.
  
  
• Candidates can download their call letter from the official website of PNB from 1^st Oct, 2012 onwards.
