Applications are invited from knowledgeable and proficient candidates for the posts of Principals and Assistant Professor for various disciplines in the following Constituent Colleges of the University:

Principals

Assistant Professor

• Selection of the candidates will be made on the basis personal interview. Candidates qualified in the initial screening on the basis of academics and work experience will be called for the interview.

Eligibility Conditions

For Principals

• Master’s Degree with minimum 55% marks in aggregate from a recognized University
  
  
• Ph.D Degree in concerned / allied / relevant discipline from a recognized University / Institute
  
  
• Should have evidence of published work and research guidance
  
  
• Should have minimum 15 years of teaching / research / administration experience as Associate Professor / Professor in a reputed University, Colleges and other Institutions of higher education
  
  
• Should have obtain minimum score as stipulated in the Academic Performance Indicator (API) based Performance Based Appraisal System (PBAS), as set out in this Regulation in Appendix III for direct recruitment of Professors in Colleges.

For Assistant Professor

• Master’s Degree in the relevant discipline with minimum 55% marks in aggregate, with consistently good academic record from a recognized University
  
  
• Must have qualified National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC, CSIR or similar test accredited by the UGC like SLET / SET
  
  
• Candidates, who have PhD in the relevant discipline, are exempted from the condition of qualifying the NET / SLET / SET.
