Note

The appointment is to be done on deputation basis, for a period of three years, which can be extended as per authority preference.
Selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of their performance in academic qualification, experience and personal interview.

Eligibility Conditions

For General Manager (Accounts / Finance)

Should be a SAG / SG Officers with minimum 17 years of Group A service in the Accounts Cadre of Indian Railways
Candidates having experience of Land / Estate Management will be preferred.

For Junior General Manager (HRD / Civil / Accounts / IT)

Should be working on analogous posts or SG / JAG officer on the regular posts of IRPS cadre / IRSE cadre / IRAS cadre of Indian Railways Or
Should be a engineering officers on a corresponding grade
Minimum 9 years of working experience of Group ‘A’ service, on regular posts in Civil Engineering Depts. of Central Government / State Govt. / Indian Railways / PSUs / Statutory Authorities Or
Should be a SG / JAG officer of IRSE / IRTS / IRAS / IRSSE of Indian Railways or Officers / Managers on a corresponding grade with minimum 9 years of working experience in IT Department of Central Government / State Govt. / PSEs / Statutory Authority / Autonomous Bodies
Candidates having experience of Land / Estate Management will be preferred.
Good knowledge of Computers Applications with minimum one year of working experience in ERP / Integrated Information System Implementation and working in EDP center

For Deputy General Manager (Projects)

BE / B Tech Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University / Institute
Should be working on analogous post / Group A / Group B Gazetted Officer on regular post in the pay scale of Rs15600-39100 with Grade Pay of Rs 6600 (RP) from Civil Engineering Cadre of Indian Railways / State Govt. / Railway PSUs / Statutory Authorities
Minimum 6 years of working experience in the relevant field
Working experience in dealing with Land related Issues and Land Management is desirable.

For Manager (Projects)

BE / B Tech Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University / Institute
Should be working on analogous post / Group B Gazetted Officer on regular posts in the pay scale of Rs 9300-34800 with grade pay of Rs 4800 (revised pay) or Rs 7500-12000 (pre-revised) from Civil Engineering Cadre of Indian Railways / Railway PSU’s / Statutory Authorities
Working experience in a reputed organization / areas connected with Land Management is desirable.

For Accounts Officer

Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant discipline from a recognized University / Institute
Should be working on analogous post or as an officer of Accounts Department in Indian Railways, on regular basis pay grade of Rs 9300 - 34800 with grade pay of Rs 4800 (Revised)
Working experience in a reputed organization / areas connected with Land Management is desirable.

For Assistant Manager (Projects)

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University
Should be a Officers from a Civil Engineering Cadre
Should be working on analogous post or in a pay grade of Rs 9300 - 34800 with grade pay Rs 4600 (Revised) on regular basis, in a Central Government / State Govt. / Indian Railways / PSU’s / Statutory Authorities
Working experience in a reputed organization / areas connected with Land Management development especially in Indian Railways is desirable.

For Assistant Manager (IT)

Bachelor’s Degree in Science / Economics / Commerce from a recognized University / Institute
Minimum 3 years of working experience in Computer Programming in Central Govt. / Indian Railways / PSU’s / Statutory Authorities
Should be working on an analogous post or in a pay grade of Rs 9300 - 34800 with grade pay Rs 4600 (Revised) or Rs 6500 - 10500/ (pre-revised) on regular basis, in a Central Government / State Govt. / Indian Railways / PSU’s / Statutory Authorities
One year of PGDCA from an AICTE/UGC recognized Institute
Working experience of preparing Technical Specification for IT related infrastructure is desirable.
Candidates having knowledge of Installation Monitoring and use of Network Management System will be preferred.

For Accounts Assistant

Must have qualified Appendix II ‘A’ exam, according to Indian Railways Establishment Manual
Should be working in Accounts Department of Indian Railways or on an analogous post in RBSS cadre, in Finance / Accounts Directorates, in the Railway Board or should be working on a grade pay of Rs 9300 - 34800, with grade pay of Rs 4200 (Revised).

For Private Secretary

Should be working on analogous post in Stenographic cadre on regular posts, in the pay grade of Rs 9300-34800, with grade pay of Rs 4200 (Revised), in Central Government / State Govt. / PSU’s / Statutory Authorities / Indian Railways
Should have proficiency in Typing and Shorthand
Good working knowledge of Computer Applications

For Personal Assistant

Should be working on analogous post in Stenographic cadre on regular posts, in the pay grade of Rs 5200-20200, with grade pay of Rs 2400 (Revised), in Central Government / State Govt. / PSU’s / Statutory Authorities / Indian Railways
Should have proficiency in Typing and Shorthand
Good working knowledge of Computer Applications

For Draughtsman

Should be working on analogous post in Engineering cadre onn regular posts, in the pay grade of Rs 5200-20200, with grade pay of Rs 2800 (Revised), in Central Government / State Govt. / PSU’s / Statutory Authorities / Indian Railways
Diploma in Civil Architecture Engineering from a recognized University / Institute
Good working knowledge of Computers and application of Auto Cad
Working experience in reputed organizations / areas connected with Land Management is desirable.

For Upper Division Clerk (UDC)

Should be working on an analogous post or an employee on regular basis in a pay grade of Rs 5200-20200, with grade pay of Rs 1900, in the Central Govt. / State Govt. / Indian Railways / PSU’s / Statutory Authorities
Minimum two years of service experience in clerical cadre
Should have proficiency in Typing
Good working knowledge of Computer Applications

For Lower Division Clerk (LDC)

Should be working on an analogous post or an employee working for 3 years on regular basis in a pay grade of Rs 5200-20200, with grade pay of Rs 1800, in the Central Govt. / State Govt. / Indian Railways / PSU’s / Statutory Authorities
Should have Typing speed of minimum 35 WPM
Good working knowledge of Computer Applications
