Type: Employment Notices

Applications are invited from eligible Indian citizens, for following various posts:

• Commercial Apprentice
• Traffic Apprentice
• ECRC
• Goods Guard
• Junior Accounts Assistant-cum-Typist
• Senior Clerk-cum-Typist
• Assistant Station Master
• Traffic Assistant 

Note

• Selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of Preliminary Examination, followed by Main Examination, Typing Test (If required), Aptitude Test (If required), Documents Verification and Medical Fitness Test. The preliminary examination is scheduled to be held on  28^th Oct, 2012. 

• The examination schedule and centre address will be mentioned in the candidate’s admit card.

Eligibility Conditions

• Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s Degree in the relevant discipline from a recognized University / Institute
  
  
• Required years of working experience in the relevant field
  
  
• Candidates should be above the age of 18 years and below the age of 33 years (Age relaxation for SC / ST / OBC / PH / EXS candidates provided as per government norms) 

Application Fee: Rs.60 (Exempted for SC / ST / PH / Women / Minorities candidates) 

How to Apply

• Candidates, who fulfill the eligibility criteria and willing to apply, can download the application format from the official link of RRB: http://www.rrbbpl.nic.in/Form_03_12.pdf
  
  
• Candidates can also apply online by registering themselves on the online application form available on the respective RRB's official website.
  
  
• For paying the application fees, candidates should obtain a DD / IPO for Rs.60, drawn in favor of Assistant Secretary / Secretary / Member Secretary / Chairman of the concerned RRB centers.
  
  
• Candidates should mention Centralized Employment Notice No., Name of the Post Applied for, Category No. of the Post, Name of the Candidate and their Address on the reverse side of the DD / space provided in the IPO.
  
  
• Application form, duly complete in all respect, along with the DD / IPO, one passport size (3.5 cm x 3.5 cm) photograph duly affixed on the form and self-attested photocopies of relevant certificates, should be submitted to the Assistant Secretary / Secretary / Member Secretary / Chairman of the concerned RRB respective city centre as mentioned in the advertisement, by post on or before  11^th Jun, 2012 till 17.30 hrs.
  
  
• Candidates belonging to far-flung areas can send their application form with the required documents before  26^th Jun, 2012 till 17.30 hrs.
  
  
• Candidates should mention “Application for the Preliminary Examination for the Notified Categories of Centralized Employment Notice No. 03/2012 of RBB, & Community (SC/ST/OBC/PWD/Ex-SM)”, on the envelope in which the form would be sent.
  
  
• Candidates applying for various posts should apply with separate application form and IPO / DD for each post.
