All the eligible and interested candidates are invited for the following posts:

• Consultant (Pathology)
• Consultant (Bio-Chemistry)
• Senior Consultant (Ayurveda)
• Junior Consultant (Ayurveda)
• Consultant (Physiotherapy)

Note

• Selected candidates will initially be appointed for a period of 6 months which may be curtailed or extended at the discretion of the competent authority.

Selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of their performance in the walk-in test/interview to be conducted by the Council as per the below given schedule:

• The written test will be held on the dates indicated against each post and only those candidates who qualify in the written test will be interviewed on the same day.
• The written test/interview is scheduled to be conducted in the Chamber of the Assistant Director In-charge, Raja Ramdeo Anandilal Podar Ayurveda Cancer Research Institute, Central Council for Research in Ayurvedic Sciences, Podar Hospital Campus, Dr. Annie Beasent Road, Worli, Mumbai - 400018, on the mentioned date and time. Eligibility Conditions

For Consultant (Pathology)                           

• Should have a recognized medical qualification included in the First or the Second Schedule or Part-II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (Holders of Educational Qualifications included in Part-II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in Sub-section (3) of Section 13 of the IMC Act, 1956)
• Should have obtained a Post-Graduate degree in the concerned specialty i.e. MD (Pathology), MD (Laboratory Medicine) or DCP
• There is no bar for experience.

For Consultant (Bio-Chemistry)

• Should have a basic University or equivalent qualification included in any one of the Schedules to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956) and must be registered in a State Medical Register or Indian Medical Register
• Should have obtained MD (Biochemistry) / MBBS with M Sc (Medical Biochemistry) from a recognized University /Institution or equivalent, or
• Should have obtained M Sc (Medical Biochemistry) from a recognized University or equivalent
• Should have obtained Ph D (Medical Biochemistry)
• Should have 2 years experience in Clinical Biochemistry as the position requires the skills for running a Clinical Biochemistry facilities & maintaining the QC of the lab

For Senior Consultant (Ayurveda)

• Should have obtained MD / MS (Ayurveda)

For Junior Consultant (Ayurveda)

• Should have obtained BAMS (Ayurveda)

For Consultant (Physiotherapy)

• Should have obtained Masters Degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized University

Required Age

• Consultant (Pathology) - Age no bar
• Consultant (Bio-Chemistry) - Age No bar
• Senior Consultant (Ayurveda) - 40 years
• Junior Consultant (Ayurveda) - 30 years
• Consultant (Physiotherapy) - 35 years
