Applications are invited from experienced candidates for Higher Managerial Posts for the following positions:

• Deputy General Manager (Works)
• Chief Manager (Finance)
• Deputy Chief Manager (HRD)
• Deputy Chief Manager (Legal & Company Secretary)

Eligibility Conditions

For Deputy General Manager (Works)

• M Pharma Degree from a recognized University / Institute
• Minimum 20 years of working experience in Managerial Cadre in Pharma Production
  
  
• Should have good knowledge of modern Process & Drug Delivery Systems
  
  
• MBA Degree from a recognized University / Institute will be an added advantage.
  
  
• Should be result oriented and have good communication skills in English and Hindi

For Chief Manager (Finance)

• CA from a recognized University / Institute
  
  
• Minimum 15 years of post qualification experience in Industrial establishments, out of which minimum 10 years of working experience at a senior position, in a reputed company, in preparation and finalization of Accounts, Budgeting, MIS, Taxation, Costing and related functions with experience in Computerized Accounting
  
  
• Should be result oriented and have good communication skills in English and Hindi

For Deputy Chief Manager (HRD)

• Bachelor’s Degree with MSW / MBA (HR) Degree from a recognized Institute
  
  
• Minimum 12 years of working experience, out of which 10 years of experience should be at a senior position, in handling HR functions in medium / large sized industry
  
  
• Should have Negotiating Skills and experience in Industrial Relations
  
  
• Candidate working in Pharmaceutical industry will be preferred.

For Deputy Chief Manager (Legal & Company Secretary)

• Should be an member of Institute of Company Secretary of India
  
  
• Bachelor’s Degree of Law from a recognized Institute
  
  
• Minimum 10 years of post qualification year experience, out of which 5 years of working experience should be in a senior position in a reputed company
  
  
• Should be well conversant with the Board Procedure, Legal Matters, Drafting Agendas, Minutes and Ensure compliances under Corporate Laws as well as Govt. directions
  
  
• Good working knowledge of Computer Applications
  
  
• Should have good communication skills in English & Hindi

Required Age

• 50 years: Deputy General Manager / Chief Manager
• 45 years: Deputy Chief Manager
