Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission into 2 years programs for 2014-16.

• Master of Arts (M.A) in Youth Empowerment
• Master of Arts (M.A) in Career Counselling
• Master of Arts (M.A) in Local Governance
• Master of Arts (M.A) in Gender Studies
• Master of Arts (M.A) in Life Skills Education
• Master of Arts (M.A) in Development Practise

Eligibility Conditions

• Candidates should have any bachelor's degree with a minimum of 45% marks in any discipline from a recognized university.
• Candidates whose final year Results waited can also apply.

How to Apply

• Candidates can obtain the application form directly from the institute on payment of Rs. 200/-in cash (for SC/ST and differently abled is Rs.100)
  
  
• Application obtained through written requisition or downloaded should be filled in and send along with a DD for Rs.200 (for SC/ST and differently abled is Rs.100) drawn on nationalized bank with self addressed and stamped envelope in favor of The Director, Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Developmentpayable at Sriperumbudur.

Selection Procedure

• The candidates are selected on the basis of marks secured in the qualifying examination and performance in the entrance test and interview conducted by the institute.

Important Dates

• Last date of submission of the application form: 21^st Apr, 2014.
• Date for written test: 4^th May, 2014.
• Date of interview: 23^rd May, 2014 and 24^th May, 2014.
