Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission into following 2 years programs for 2014-15.

• Master of Science (M.Sc) in Agricultural Biotechnology (AgBT)
• Master of Science (M.Sc) in Agriculture and Rural Development (ARD)

Eligibility Conditions

For M.Sc in Agricultural Biotechnology Program

• B.Sc. (Hons.) with minimum 50% marks in Bio-science/ Agriculture/related subjects
                                                  OR
  B.Sc. (General: 3-year degree) in Bio-Science/ Agriculture/related subjects with minimum 55% marks.

For M.Sc in Agriculture and Rural Development Program

• B.Sc. (Hons.) with minimum 50% marks
                                       or
  B.Sc. (general: 3-year degree) with minimum 55% marks.

• Application form is also available at the Narendrapur Faculty Centre of the university, located at Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama Campus, Narendrapur, (near main gate) during office hours on payment of Rs.250 by cash.

Selection Procedure

• Candidates will be selected on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying examination, together with written test, viva voce and interview will be considered.

Important Dates

• Last date for availability of online application form: 31^st May, 2014.
• Date of entrance exam: 10^th Jun, 2014.
• Declaration of result: 12^th Jun, 2014.
• Date of interview: 14^th Jun , 2014.
