Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission into Postgraduate Certificate Course in the Teaching of English (PGCTE) for 2012.

Eligibility Conditions

Required Age

Below 55 years for in-service Teachers and below 45 years for Teachers-to-be

Stipend: For Govt. School Teachers Only

Rs. 190 p.m. for participate from Chandigarh by Chandigarh Administration
Rs. 300 p.m. for participants from Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh and Jammu and Kashmir by Chandigarh Administration
Rs. 2400 p.m. to all participants from all states under GOI Scheme.

Application form: Rs. 50 at the office counter

Important Dates

Last Date: 17^th July, 2012 Timings: 08.30 A.M. to 03.10 P.M.
Interview for the private candidates will be held at 9 A.M. on 23^rd Jul, 2012.

Note

The application may be obtained from the Institute’s Office Counter y paying Rs. 50 towards the prospectus. The form is essential and without it the application will not be accepted.
