Applications are invited from qualified and competent aspirants for the posts of Assistant Manager (Rajbhasha) in Grade A.
Note
- Selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of performance in written test and personal interview.
- The Written Test will be held on 22nd April, 2012.

- The last date for online registration is 24th Feb, 2012 till 11.59 PM.
- Candidates must apply within the time period mentioned above.

Eligibility Conditions
- Master's Degree in Hindi / Hindi Translation with 2nd class division, with English as one of the subjects at Bachelor's Degree level Or
- Master's Degree in English with 2nd class division, with Hindi as one of the subjects at Bachelor's Degree level Or
- Master's Degree in Sanskrit / Economics / Commerce with 2nd class division, with English and Hindi as subjects at Bachelor's Degree level Or
- Master's Degree in English and Hindi / Hindi Translation with 2nd class division
- Knowledge of Bi-Lingual Word Processing is desirable.
- Minimum three years of experience in Coining of Glossary or English to Hindi Translation and vice-versa in any National or State Level Weekly / Newspaper or any Government / Semi-Government Office or any autonomous body / undertaking etc
- Study of Sanskrit / any other modern Indian Language / Linguistics at Bachelor's Degree level is desirable.
Required Age
Candidates should be below the age of 30 years (Age relaxation for SC / ST / OBC candidates as per government norms)

How to Apply
- Candidates, who fulfill the eligibility criteria and are willing to apply, can fill the online application form by visiting the official link of RBI: http://onlinedr.rbi.org.in/
- Before filling the application form, candidates should obtain a DD for Rs 100, drawn in favor of Reserve Bank of India, payable at Mumbai or crossed Indian Postal Orders (IPO), drawn in favor of Reserve Bank of India, payable at GPO Mumbai.
- Candidates should mention their Name and Address on the reverse of the DD or space provided in the IPO.
- After successful submitting of the application form, the system will generate a Unique Registration No., which is also printed on the application form, which candidates should keep it as future reference as well as take a printout of the online application form.
- Printout of the online application form with affixed passport-size photograph duly signed, along with the DD / IPO, should be submitted to the The General Manager, Reserve Bank of India Services Board, Post Bag No 4618, Mumbai Central Post Office, Mumbai (Maharashtra) - 400008.
- Candidates applying with hard copy of Application form, typed or neatly handwritten on A4 sheet, along with passport size photograph and DD, should submit the same to The General Manager, Reserve Bank of India Services Board, Post Bag No 4618, Mumbai Central Post Office, Mumbai (Maharashtra) – 400008, by ordinary post, on or before March 2, 2012.
- Candidates from far-flung areas can send their application form on or before March 9, 2012.
- Candidates should mention “Application for the Post of Assistant Manager (Rajbhasha) in Grade A", on the envelope in which the form would be sent.
