Prospectus and form can be downloaded from website http://charutarhealth.org/ or can be obtained from admission office Pramukhswami Medical College, Karmsad, Gujarat by paying Rs 3000 in cash.

Important Dates

Last date for submission of application form is 10^th Jan, 2012.
Entrance test will be held on 23^rd Jan, 2012.
