Eligibility Conditions

For Professor

• PhD in Textiles and first class in relevant Master degree with MBA. ii). Post PhD publications and guiding PhD students is highly desirable.

For Associate Professor

• PhD in Textiles with First class in relevant Master degree and MBA. ii). Post PhD publications and guiding PhD students is highly desirable.

For Assistant Professor (Textiles)

• Full time ME or M.Tech. in Textile Technology (First Class) and MBA/ PGDM Specialisation in Marketing/ Retailing.

For Assistant Professor (Finance)

• Full time Postgraduate qualification in Management with Finance specialisation (First class)/ CA/ ICWAI.

For Administrative Officer

• Postgraduate degree in any discipline from university/ institute of repute with at least 15 years experience in General Administration, Personnel and Academics, in Govt./Semi-Govt./ PSUs/ Autonomous bodies/ reputed private institutions/ industries.

For Accountant

• Full time Postgraduate qualification in Finance with first class/ CA/ ICWAI - Inter.

For Assistant Professor (Training & Placement)

• Full time Masters degree with at least 55% of the marks or its equivalent Grade along with good academic record.

For Assistant Professor (Admission)

• Full time Masters degree with at least 55% of the marks or its equivalent Grade along with good academic record. Fee: DD of Rs.500 (For Regular post) and Rs.300 (For contractual post) drawn in favour of “The Director, SVPISTM, payable at Coimbatore”.
