Applications are invited from well-qualified and skillful Indian candidates for the posts of TGT (Masters / Mistresses for the following positions:

Note

Appointment of the candidates is to be done on contract basis till a period of March 2013. Selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of their performance in academic qualification, TET score and Document Verification. Only short-listed candidates will be called for the documents verification.

Document verification is schedule to be held on 27^th Sep, 2012 and 28^th Sep, 2012, at Government Model Senior Secondary School, Sector 10, Chandigarh. Final decision will be taken by the selection committee after documents verification.

Eligibility Conditions

Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant discipline with minimum 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized University, with Bachelor’s of Education Degree in the relevant discipline or its equivalent qualification with minimum 50% marks in aggregate from NCTE
Or
Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant discipline with minimum 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized University, with Diploma in Elementary Education in the relevant discipline or its equivalent qualification with minimum 50% marks in aggregate from NCTE
Or
Four years of Integrated B.Sc B.Ed / BA B.Ed in the relevant discipline or its equivalent qualification with minimum 50% marks in aggregate from NCTE
Or
Four years of Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education (B EI Ed) in the relevant discipline or its equivalent qualification with minimum 50% marks in aggregate from NCTE
Must have qualified in Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) conducted by the CBSE, in accordance with the Guidelines framed by the NCTE

Required Age

Candidates should be above the age of 21 years and below the age of 35 years.
Age relaxation for SC / ST / OBC / EXS / Women candidates provided as per government norms.

After successful submission of the online application form, the system will generate a Registration Slip with Fee Payment Challan, which candidates should take print-out and keep it with them for the future reference.
Candidates can make fee payment of Rs. 400 / Rs.250, through Challan in any branch of Axis Bank, in the Account No. 912020038978517.
Last date for paying the application fees is 5^th Sep, 2012.
