Applications are invited from well-qualified and skillful candidates for various posts, at Punjab ICT Education Society (PICTES) for the following positions:

• Cashier
• Accountant
• Stenographer
• Data Entry Operators-cum-Office Assistant 

Note

• Appointment of the candidates is to be done on contractual basis. Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in academic qualification, type test and personal interview. Candidates short-listed in the initial screening will be called for the test / interview by the selection committee.

Eligibility Conditions 

For Cashier / Accountant

• B Com Degree with 1st class division from a recognized University / Institute
  
  
• Should have minimum speed of 30 WPM in Typing

For Stenographer

• Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University
  
  
• One year of course in Stenography
  
  
• Good working knowledge of Computers
  
  
• Should have minimum speed of 80 WPM in shorthand

For Data Entry Operators-cum-Office Assistant

• Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University
  
  
• One year of Diploma in Computers
  
  
• Should have minimum speed of 30 WPM in Typing

Required Age

• Candidates should be above the age of 18 years and below the age of 37 years. 

Application Fee

• Rs.300 General / Others
• Rs.150 SC candidates

• For paying the application fees, candidates should obtain a DD for Rs.300 / Rs.150 drawn in favor of State Project Director, Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan Authority, Punjab, payable at Chandigarh.
  
  
• Application form, duly complete in all respect, along with two passport size photographs, DD, and attested copies of all relevant certificates, should be submitted to the
